This girl, Tianna, she rocks!
Consistent in the gym. Always working on extra programming to get stronger and then staying for the workout. If you know Tianna, you know she has been battling an ankle that likes to give her some crap! But she isn't letting that get in the way of her fitness. She modifies as needed. Excuses aren't in Tianna's vocabulary. Be like Tianna.
