30 Air Squats (Fit: 20 reps)
20/15 Calorie Row (Fit: 15/10 Cals)
7 Power Snatches (115/85) (95/65) (75/55)
*Score is slowest round*

 

Goal: Try modify reps/calories/weight to keep each round close to 2:30
(1:1 work:rest ratio)
