 As we begin our Memorial Day weekend we want to remind everyone the meaning of our celebration.  For many in our community we are often reminded about the sacrifices great men and women give to this country in order to preserve the freedoms we cherish and the cost it took in blood.  This weekend we complete another "MURPH" event with our gym family, go to a BBQ or head to the beach with family and friends and enjoy an extra day off work but we hope you can take a moment to reflect and even appreciate all the men and women who came before us and now who gave their all. 

 

 

Saturday's MURPH Event

Doors open @ 8am

1st Heat @ 830am

 

Meals provided by Lifestyle Meals

(1 per/athlete)

BYOB but there will be bottle waters on ice

Bring a simple/easy side dish to go with our meals. (chips, fruit, rolls, guac)

 

$5 @ the door donations for all participants unless you bought a shirt.

Aerobic Capacity

On the 6:00 x 4 Rounds:
30/21 Calorie Row (Fit: 21/15 Cals)
400m Run (Fit: 300m)

 

Score is slowest round.
