Gym will open at 8:30am with first heat kicking off at 9am and we will be going all morning long, until everyone is able to pay their respects to those who have given the ultimate sacrifice. 

Accordo Chiropractic will be there and also be providing food for all the participants. We will have drinks but please BYOB if you'd like your own adult beverage afterwards.
