21/15 Calorie Bike (Fit: 15/10 Cals)
15 Russian Kettlebell Swings (70/53) (53/35)
15 Goblet Squats 
15 Medball Sit-ups
*Goal is to complete a round in under 2minutes, modify to preserve stimulus*
One person completes a full round while other rests, then switch.
