We are happy to be helping contribute to the Fisher House Foundation again this coming Memorial Day weekend.  On Saturday May 25th we will be hosting our annual "MURPH" workout to honor all those who have given the ultimate sacrifice for our great country.  We will be having T-shirt sales that will be going online later this week for everyone to order and the profits from shirt sales will all be donated to The Fisher House Foundation.  We would love for everyone to participate in the event on Saturday May 25th, there will be modified workout options for beginner, intermediate and experienced CrossFitters.  There will also be post workout food and drink provided for all attendees.  So please tell your family, neighbors, coworkers and anyone you run into that they are all welcome to join us this Memorial Day weekend.
