We want to invite ALL those who wish to pay their respect to our fallen by joining us in the classic CrossFit workout "MURPH", named after fallen Navy SEAL Lt. Michael Murphy. There will be several modification options for all levels athletes. Tell your family, your friends and your neighbors who wish to join us. Like always there will be food and drink post workout for everyone to enjoy. More details to come later this week.
