Why do you love team/partner workouts?
For myself, I feel like I push a little harder knowing that someone is waiting on me. Even though I know they are actually hoping for a longer rest break!! HA!

AMRAP (with a Partner) in 20 minutes:
5 Thrusters (95/65 lb) (65/45)
While partner hangs from Pull-Up Bar. Reps can only be completed while partner is in the hang. If partner drops off pull-up bar, the other partner must stop performing AMRAP reps. Partners must switch after each full round completed.
I am extending the date for getting April goals up on the board for one more day. Get your goal up by the end of open gym TOMORROW!
Congrats to Bob and Ginette for both hitting their March goal. Bob ended up being the winner of the case of Kill Cliff by luck of the good ol' coin flip!
Our new Ascent class starts on MONDAY!
Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5:30pm. The first week is free to non-members and we'd love to share our love of fitness by getting some new people in the gym that might be a bit intimated by CrossFit/barbell work.
This class will use DB and KB's for weight training. We will work a lot of intervals and circuit style training.
We will have a limit on this class to not over crowd the entire open gym space. So please let me know if you want to try out the first week!
