 So that's all she wrote folks!

The Open has come to an end.  Many of you found new limits that you didn't know you had and set new PR's.  Found weaknesses or exposed the ones you've been ignoring for the last year. Time to refocus and set new goals for the next Open. Maybe it's to get your first pull-up or do at least one RX workout, or all five.  Which ever it is, set goals and make a plan to get there.  Need help with that? Get with a coach and we can talk goals and set timetables with a game plan to get you there.  First step at making a wish become a goal...... write it down!
