 "DO YOU REMEMBER YOUR FIRST TIME?" Competition

April 13th at the former CrossFit Williamsburg

(Now: The WISC (Williamsburg Indoor Sports Complex)

This competition is designed for first time competitors, a beginners level CrossFit Competition.

FUNDRAISER RAFFLE

Bob is after it again and this time for a great cause.  He has signed up to help Black Iron Gym and their Reps 4 Recovery Fundraiser.  His goal is to help raise $500 for this program that helps people stay clean and get back on their feet.  So to help Bob reach his goal we will be raffling off the custom OGIO Bag, engraved Blender Shaker bottle and Insulated cup donated by K&W Projects. 


TICKET SALES START THURSDAY AND WILL GO ALL DAY FRIDAY AS WELL: $2 for 1 ticket  or $5 for 3 tickets 

(CASH ONLY w/ exact currency please)

* Please see a coach to get your tickets *

Winners will be announced at Friday Night Lights

If you can't make FNL please write your name on the tickets in case you win.

 

"Every Sunday, Black Iron Gym opens their doors to those in recovery through the Reps 4 Recovery program. This is a population who needs fitness intervention in getting and keeping clean, as well as integrating into a community without judgment. •
On Sundays, people in recovery have the opportunity to meet, hang out, and sweat with those who have been in the #reps4recovery program, in a less intimidating environment. (Y’all know how hard it is to get out of the car those first few classes!!!) The coaches have been through this program themselves!!!!!"
