Okay, maybe not that quickly. But still, DAN IS AWESOME! We've got a lot of amazing people in the gym to look up to for inspiration. If you're ever feeling lack of motivation (like we all feel now and again), ask the people in your class what keeps them going. 99% of the answers will NOT include "because I'm motivated." Motivation is a feeling that doesn't last. We've got to dig deep and be realistic about our WHY and what keeps us coming back for more! 


Bring a friend in and come have some fun!! Just make sure they fill out the online waiver first! Here is the link:


With a partner, complete the following: 

20 min AMRAP- One person works at a time. (Except on sit ups, read below)

80 Box Jump Overs 

100m Farmer Carry (10m increments) 53/35#

80 Burpees 

100m Farmer Carry (10m increments) 53/35#

80 Partner Facing Med Ball Sit Ups 20/14lb **

100m Farmer Carry 


SIT UPS ** Passing med ball back and forth. Only sit ups with the med ball count for reps, BUT, when your partner is doing their med ball sit up you have to be mirroring them (without the med-ball)
