We loved all the small victories this past week in 19.4 with people getting their first pull-up, first bar-muscle up or even putting multiple reps together that they hadn't before.  These are huge milestones in the road to being a more fit individual and something that we love to celebrate.  We also get to watch athletes push the limits and really excel like Alexis Crockett who finished 19.4 in 10:54.  This puts the 36 year old mom of two in the Top 200 WORLDWIDE for 19.4 and Top 20 for women 35-39.  Everyone has done amazingly through these four weeks and really tested their limits and just like the Open always does, exposed some of our biggest weaknesses.  I hope that everyone takes it for what it is, a weakness we have to improve and tries to better themselves each day they step foot in the gym.
