CrossFit Open WOD 19.4

For total time:  (Time cap: 12 minutes)
3 rounds of:
  10 snatches (Rx: 95/65)  (Scaled: 65/45)
  12 bar-facing burpees
Then, rest 3 minutes before continuing with:
3 rounds of:
  10 bar muscle-ups (Scaled: Pull-ups)
  12 bar-facing burpees

 

** Rx Burpees: Can step up to bar and then jump with two feet and can land with one

 

** Scaled Burpees: Can step over bar
