Partner Holds Handstand /  Overhead Plate Hold 

(45/25) (25/10)

**Partners may switch as often as needed but meters can only be rowed when partner is in HS or plate is in overhead position **

 

REST 3mins

 

2 Mins MAX REPS:  KB Goblet / Plate Front Squats 

KB: (70/53#) (35/24#)

**One person works at a time**

 

REST 1min

 

2 Mins MAX REPS: Burpee to plate hop

**One plate per team. Must come to full knee and hip extension on plate by jumping/stepping up on plate. Both partners may be working at the same time.**

 

SCORE IS TOTAL REPS FROM ALL THREE COMBINED
