12 Lateral Barbell Burpees (FIT: Burpees in place)

6 Lateral Barbell Burpees (FIT: Burpees in place)

 

** WB’s should be able to be in 2-3 sets on R1, 1-2 on round 2, and unbroken on round 3. Barbell weight should always be a weight athlete can come off WBs and do for sets and never singles until later into the AMRAP **
