Saturday is our Nutrition Challenge Briefing
We will start at 1230pm and get everyones starting point weigh-ins, measurements and "before" photos(optional).
Afterwards there will be a briefing on the DO's & DON'Ts of the Challenge along with Q&A time, to answer all questions and concerns about the challenge.
Here is how it will run:
Money can be earned back based off hitting a specific goal.
This is for those wanting to lose body fat and those who need to bulk up who have a hard time losing weight.
Measurements will determine your above category.
"OBESE" will have a goal of 6% BF loss
"ACCEPTABLE" will have a goal of 4% BF loss
"FITNESS" will have a goal of 3% BF loss
"ATHLETE" will have a goal of 1.5% BF loss
Information will be given out at the briefing to help you reach this goal.
Those needing to bulk will also be given material to help achieve their goal of adding bodyweight. And since they need to have a goal as well, the below standards need to be met in order to win back their money.
Men & Women who fall into the above category of "ATHLETE" (so low BF%) with women <125lbs and men <165lbs will need to hit a goal of 8% weight gain based off total bodyweight.
Please save all questions or concerns for the briefing on Saturday. If you can not make it to the Saturday group briefing please schedule a time with Coach Drew or Jackie to do your weighin and measurements.
