6-Week Fitness Challenge "New Members"
Do you have a friend, family member, neighbor, coworker that is looking to get in shape and maybe give CrossFit a try? We are starting a 6- Week long fitness challenge for all new members. They have a chance to earn their challenge for FREE. Challenge starts Monday January 14th with a weigh in and orientation on Saturday January 12th. 6-Week Nutrition Challenge "Existing Members"
As part of this 6 weeks with new faces working on improving themselves we are extending a portion of our challenge to our existing members to help them get on track with their nutrition and really improve their overall fitness and take it to the next level.
