Remember back when we just had a white board? 

Remember back when there was a big wall between the spaces? 

Remember back when we were at the old location?  

Remember back when we only had two rowers? 

Remember back when we were in the garage at our house? <---There is actually ONE person at the gym that was with us back then. 

 

We've come a long way since 2011. Thank you all for being a part of this journey, for trusting us with your health and fitness and allowing us to help guide you. 

 

We look forward to 2019 and what it will bring. I can't wait to see all of the new PR's hit, goals crushed, weight lost and muscles made!
