21 GHD Sit-ups FIT: Medball Sit-ups
15 Chest to Bar Pull-ups 
9 Power Cleans (155/105) (135/95) (95/65)

 

GHD Sit-ups should only be done if able to do the full ROM movement and in large sets. Scale to a heavy med ball to make the scaled version hard and do it with straight legs.
