We are looking for this workout to be around 12-15mins if you're great with high skill gymnastics and barbell movements. Scale to progressions that allow you move through the first couple movements in 5-8 minutes and with a weight you can finish 1 full round (all 9 reps) unbroken but still a challenging weight.
