Time for a new benchmark from comptrain. 


For Time: (25min TIME CAP)
40 Kipping Handstand Push-ups
20 Ring Muscle-ups
10 Rounds of Macho Man (185/135) (135/95) (95/65)

1 Round of Macho Man:
3 Power Cleans 
3 Front Squats
3 Push Jerks



We are looking for this workout to be around 12-15mins if you're great with high skill gymnastics and barbell movements. Scale to progressions that allow you move through the first couple movements in 5-8 minutes and with a weight you can finish 1 full round (all 9 reps) unbroken but still a challenging weight.
