Thanksgiving Week Hours

Wednesday:

Normal AM & Noon Hours

3:30- open gym and 4:30/5:30 Classes

NO 6:30pm Class

 

Thursday:

Open Gym @ 6:15am-Close

Thanksgiving Day WODs @ 7:45am & 9:00am

CrossFit Kids @ 9:00am

Gym will be closing @ 10:00am

 

Friday:

9am Class

Open Gym 10am - 12noon

Odd Minutes: 3 Front Squats
Even Minutes: 6 Back Squats
Barbell Loaded at 63% of 1RM Front Squat For Both Lifts (3% more than last week)
