We are combining two old school CrossFit lady workouts, Helen and Grace

21 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
30 Clean & Jerks (135/95)
We will run multiple heats with our first heat starting at 0930am Saturday and run a new heat every 30 minutes until everyone is done. We are asking for $5 donations the day of that will go towards our teams fundraising goal of $1,200. Doors will open at 845am. This is not a regular class but we will provide a suggested warm up for athletes to do prior to their heat. Sign up for a heat time below.
