The calm before the storm in Tuesday's workout.  Many of you went to that "pain cave" and really pushed outside of that comfort zone. Thats where the magic happens... great job everyone!

When you make your personal health a priority in your life you can grow and when you can grow you can then begin to truly help those around you.  Most don't even realize how they're helping, but their sheer actions in their own life are helping others without even doing anything other than setting a model to emulate.
