Congratulations to all our CrossFit Team Series athletes.  

Two weeks, eight very grueling workouts that challenged everyone in their strength, gymnastics, conditioning and ability to work well in a team.  All teams did amazing in their performances but the smiles at the end were the best part.  Competition pushes us to be better but its also great to compete with friends and enjoy the push alongside some of your best friends.  


Team MOM BOD (Coach Jackie and Alexis) need to be highlighted for a performance that deserves recognition. Event 5 was 10 down 1 of Bar Muscle Ups and Squat Snatches with a 20 minute TIME CAP... by the way, thats 55 reps of Muscle Ups and Squat Snatches for EACH athlete.  With over 160 teams in their division (female pair: 35-39) only three teams finished the entire workout... Jackie and Alexis being one of those three. Worldwide, over 1500 female teams competed throughout ALL divisions (elite through the 60+) only 40 teams finished Event 5.  Jackie and Alexis did something very few in the world could do and they pushed each other to get there together.  Great work ladies!
