TEAM WOD!!! (Bring A Friend Day)

 The 2018 CrossFit Team Series kicked off tonight with the release of FOUR partner workouts that are to be completed by Monday at 8pm ET.  There is still time to pick a partner (Male/Male, Woman/Woman, or Male/Woman) and do these workouts and sign up and submit them.  We will be helping those signed up with judging of their workouts.  Think... THE OPEN but doing the workout team style. It's a blast! Check it out here:



Teams of 3:
100/80 Calorie Assault Bike (FIT: 80/50 Cals)
**Sandbag must be held at all times but can be switched between teammates not on bike at anytime. Calories can not be obtained unless the sandbag is being held by one teammate**
With remaining time MAX REPS Sandbag Cleans over shoulder (150/100)(100/70) (70/50)

**Kettlebells in front rack Hold at all times (70s/53s)(53s/35s)(44s/26s)

Calories on Rower can not be obtained in less KB's are in front rack hold.**
