Below is the link to our annual coaches survey. 

This is a chance for you to tell us, anonymously, what you think about us as a coach/trainer.  This is a great way to give your honest feedback about the quality of coaching you receive from your Unrivaled staff on a daily basis.  You can do multiple surveys for everyone of our coaches. (Drew, Jackie, Marquel, April, Amber)  Please provide details on your surveys as these surveys allow us to review ourselves and really improve to provide you guys with better quality training.  They are entirely anonymous so please don't hold back.  We value your input.

Odd Minutes – 3-Position Squat Snatch(high hang+hang+floor)



Not For Time:  (FIT)
30 Weighted Sit-ups (30 Abmat Sit-Ups)
40 GHD  (Medball Abmat Sit-ups)
50 Sit-Ups (2min Deadbug/Hollow Hold)
Rest 2 Minutes 
30 Weighted Hip Extensions (2min Superman Hold)
40 Empty Barbell Good Mornings (banded good mornings)
50 Hip Extensions (Superman reps)
