Those of you that have had to step out of that little zone, KNOW....this is true! 

It's never going to be easy, to get the results that you want. To make goals and then crush them. You've got to put in extra work. Maybe the extra work is in the kitchen, maybe it's staying after your workout at extra 30 minutes. But those little extra things we do day in and day out, add up. Take just one or two steps out of that little zone, and see where it gets you!
