Tuesday: PROVE THEM WRONG

Are you spending enough time on stretching/mobility post workout? It's definitely very important! Tight muscles can turn into knots which can pull on and cause pain in our joints, it can cause inflammation that can turn into tendinitis and it's a huge pain to try to get rid of. Make sure to stay on top of stretching after workouts while your body is nice and warm to keep the pain away!
