Event 1: CRIT
Bike 10 laps for time
(1,200± meters per lap)

Event 2: 30 MUSCLE-UPS
30 muscle-ups (5 min TIME CAP)

Event 3: CROSSFIT TOTAL
1-rep-max back squat
1-rep-max shoulder press
1-rep-max deadlift

Event 4: MARATHON ROW
Row 42,195 meters (4 Hour TIME CAP)

Yes you read Event 4 right... A MARATHON!!!
