GYM CLOSED THIS WEEKEND. CROSSFIT UNRIVALED is hosting the CrossFit Gymnastics Course. There will be a BEACH WOD on Saturday! 


5 Rounds:
1 Minute – Front Rack Dumbbell Step Back Lunges (50’s/35’s) (35's/20's)
1 Minute – Double Unders 
1 Minute – Calorie Assault Bike
1 Minute – Rest


5:30m CrossFit Weightlifting 

In a 12 min window complete:

3 Rounds of :

10 T2B

10 Deadlifts (155/105)

10 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20)

With remaining time, establish a 1 rep max clean and jerk


6:30pm Class WOD

20 min AMRAP

With a Partner- 

7 Synchronized T2B 

12 Synchronized KB Swings 16/24KG

18 One arm over-head walking lunges, each person, with only one person working at a time. Alternate as needed until you both finish 18. Comp/RX same KB as swings FIT: Same KB in a Goblet hold
