9 Deadlifts (275/185) (225/155) (155/105)

15/10 Cals AB

7 Deadlifts (315/205) (255/175) (185/125)

15/10 Cals AB

5 Deadlifts (345/225) (275/185) (205/135)

100ft. DB/KB Farmers Carry (70/53)(50/35)

 

Partner 1 will start while P2 & P3 rest.

Resting partners can help load bar while working partner is on bike for next set.

Next person will start when last set of DEADLIFTS are done but partner 1 still needs to finish 100ft of Farmers carry before resting. Each athlete must complete 3 total rounds.
