Our normal weekly schedule will be Wednesday's at 9am and Thursdays at 6:15pm, please pick one or the other as it will be the same class weekly. 

TOMORROW at 10AM we will be having the first morning session due to a scheduling conflict! So please make sure to show up Monday at 10am NOT Wednesday at 9am for week #1 


LIFT LIKE A GIRL is a free 5 week program. We will be doing a pull up strength series. You do not need to have your RX pull ups. The point of this class is to focus on accessory work to get you stronger! You will also be assigned extra work to do between classes. The only requirement for this class is that you are indeed, a girl.
