Deadlift
Heavy Set of 3

Teams of 2:
AMRAP 15:
60 Double Unders
40 Wallballs (20/14)
20 Deadlifts (245/165)

*both athletes will need to complete 60 double unders before advancing. Both may work at same time on the double unders. Remaining reps on wall balls and deadlifts are shared, with only one person working at a time*

 

GOALS!

Because April took us so long to calculate attendance for announcing the winner, we are taking a "goal break" in May. That doesn't mean that you shouldn't have any goals, in fact you should be thinking about your goals and working towards them NOW! And then starting on June 1 we will be putting them back up on the board! 

 

Weightlifting Class @5:30PM

Everyone :30 seconds 1 Rep Squat Clean

Starting weights:

Comp RX 155/105

Open RX 135/95

FIT RX 95/65

Weight Jumps must be:

Comp: 20/15lbs

Open: 15/10lbs

Fit: 10/5lbs
