Bring a friend day! Bring a friend to MOST classes tomorrow, 6am Weightlifting class is not a preferred class unless they have experience already. All other classes are a go! Just a reminder that 4:30pm is ROMWOD

Please make sure to have them fill the online waiver out, located on our website under the 'Start Now' tab!

400 Meter Row
200 Meter Sandbag Run (50/35)
*Relay style. 1 partner will complete a full round before partner 2 starts. Bag should be a weight that athletes are confident in moving quickly and without stopping for all 200 meters
