Just remember, someone is always watching.

Your kids you bring in that hang out in the kiddo room or sit in their strollers, they are watching. You are setting a great example being in the gym and having them in the gym with you. They are learning that fitness is something their family enjoys and one day they will be there with you, or maybe they already are! 

Set a good example! 

 

Partial Murph Mash-Up

For Time:
5 Rounds:
200m Run
2x of:
5 Pullups 
10 Pushups
15 Air Squats

 

As Memorial Day Murph approaches we are going to hit up some training days to gear us up for the big day! 

On Saturday May 26th we will be hosting Memorial Day Murph at the gym. 

1 mile run

100 Pull Ups

200 Push Ups

300 Squats

1 mile Run

*Weighted if you can 20/15#

Of course, like any other workout that we do, you can scale this as needed. A lot of people like to break up the middle into rounds. You can also scale the reps and we can help you with a good scaling option for you if you want to participate in this event! We'd love to have all of you there!
