The Mother & Daughter Duo... Erica was brought in by her mom over a year ago to finally try CrossFit and now shes crushing it and making not only her mom proud but herself proud she finally stepped through the doors and tried something new. It seems like each week Erica is hitting a new PR in the gym. Consistency is the key and you'll find Erica up before the sun each day at the 5am class.
So for the month of April EVERYONE'S MONTHLY GOAL will be.... drum roll: Consistency!
Attendance will be tallied each week for the month of April. You'll be scored on a possible 6 class days, Sunday is the mandatory rest day and we don't have classes on Sunday.
Your name will be entered into the drawing one time for each week that you came 3-4xWeek, and if you come 5-6xWeek you'll get double the chance to win the drawing.
