In Pairs:
50/30 Calorie Assault Bike Fit 40/20
40/25 Calorie Row Fit 30/18 
then switch, when both pairs finish Row and Bike,
w/ remaining time:
AMRAP 10m Shuttle Runs (one person running at a time)
REST 5mins 

 

This Saturday at 10am we are having the end of the Open awards and potluck brunch! Open Gym will also be a go, don't worry!
