Richard A. taking on 18.3, what a fun "ROCK ON" night! So many amazing things happened. First ring muscle ups, first pull ups, first time stringing that many pull ups together, first time doing that many muscle ups...ever, first time ever TRYING pull ups, first time doing that heavy of an OHS for reps... I don't care if you got 3 reps or 200 reps, I am proud of every single one of you for going out of your comfort zone. I think many walked away tonight with a new goal.
