Ashley Mau, STRONG momma of 2, somehow figures out how to get a 3 year old and an infant out the door and to the gym (with a 45 minute or more drive) all by 8am! ALMOST EVERY SINGLE DAY. Now, if you don't have kids you probably don't realize how challenging this, if you do have kiddos then you know this is serious business! When I hear other moms tell me that they don't have time, it's too hard to get the kids out the door and this and that, I always think of this girl amoungst a few others at the gym that do it nearly every single day! ROCK ON MOMMAS!

A few things...
1. Today is bring a friend day! Every Thursday is bring a friend day, with the exception of 6am WEIGHTLIFTING. You can bring them to 4:30PM ROMWOD but I would definitely warn them first so they don't think they are coming to a CrossFit Class.
Please have them fill out the ONLINE WAIVER **BEFORE** coming to class, it saves a lot of time! Also, try really hard to help them get to the gym early so they don't feel awkward walking in late.
2. 18.3 WOD Release at CrossFit Unrivaled tonight at 8pm! We've got 4 athletes who will be ready to throw-down on whatever WOD gets released! Talk about be ready for the unknown! Jim, Eric, Chelsey and Amanda: two RX athletes and two scaled athletes. We've got 4 awesome judges ready to rock and roll as well! As soon as the WOD is announced we will print off standard sheets and go over the standards with the judges and the athletes!
