Monica will be at the gym again for 18.2! She will be charging 1$ per minute for massage/cupping and then $5 for tape. She did a great job on my shoulder before 18.1, my T2B haven't felt that good in a long time! I highly recommend her if you haven't seen her yet!

Today is the last day of the month, did you accomplish your goal yet?!

If you don't have a goal up on the board this month, make sure to be thinking about one you can put up for March. By accomplishing your goal you get put into our monthly drawing to win a great prize! Each month we have different prizes but some we've had so far: Massage by Monica, Rogue hoodie, Paleo snacks, Speed Rope of choice, etc!



The 2nd workout of the 2018 Open Season will come out on Thursday night at 8pm. Once we know the workout Drew will begin on creating a heat list, this takes a little bit of time but the list should be out by 8:20-8:30pm so keep checking the FB group page for the link to get signed up for a heat. If you can ONLY go at a certain time just email Drew or myself and we can get you on the list ahead of time. We love to see everyone at the gym on Friday nights, there is so much energy! 

This weeks theme is SUPERHERO theme! Come dressed up and help your team win MOST SPIRIT! Any questions about the Open or when you can complete yours, just ask Drew or myself, we are here to help!
