**One set consists of all 12 reps.

Try not to drop the bar during the entire set. If you must drop after the overhead movements, it’s allowed – just be quick to get back on the bar. Rest as needed between sets and try to increase weight after each set. All cleans must be full/squat cleans (power cleans are not allowed).

I wanted to give a shout out to everyone that completed 18.1, and those of you that did it 2x!!! Great work to everyone!! I saw some people get in reps with a weight that they didn't think they could. I saw people do it scaled and then complete it RX later, I saw people get in 10-20 more reps after completing it 2x and I saw people give it their all!! Proud of you guys and gals! Now bring on 18.2!
