Did you know Lisa is a Firefighter? She also has her CrossFit level 1 and works hard at her station helping train the new recruits and make sure they are fit for duty! She also focuses on her weaknesses, comes to class no matter what the workout is (no cherry-picking for Lisa) and is always seen working on things that the coaches tell her will help her better herself as an athlete.

- Don't forgot that Tuesday at 5:30pm is our Weightlifting Class: Our weightliftting class is CrossFit based. Our goal is teaching you how to cycle a barbell, how to lift under fatigue and then of course mixed in with complexed and heavy EMOM's.
