The Open is upon us and by now you've heard us all talking about The Open, the intramural teams, how much fun it is on Friday nights in the gym and how we all want YOU to get signed up! Tomorrow we will be going LIVE on our Members Only Facebook page as we draft the teams for our intramural open! This is all done by randomly picking names, I can't wait to see how it all turns out tomorrow and what the team captains decide for their team names!
THRUSTERS: A movement that not many people like, but nobody can get away from. We all know they will show up in one of the Open WODs, are you ready? Any ideas on what will be the repeat WOD this year? Or do you think they will finally have a year with no repeat workouts at all?
