For Time:
(One Athlete will complete Bike and Lunges before next athlete goes, then team will complete burpees together)
30/20 Calories Assault Bike (each athlete)
50’ DB Front Rack Walking Lunges (50/35)(35/20) (each athlete)
50 Burpees over DB (team)
20/15 Calories Assault Bike(each athlete)
50’ DB Front Rack Walking Lunges (50/35)(35/20) (each athlete)
50 Burpees over DB (team)
15/10 Calories Assault Bike(each athlete)

Tonight is the LAST night to sign up for the CrossFit Open to be entered in to win our early registration drawing! 

 

We've got TWO weeks until our IN-HOUSE Cupid Shuffle Competition, grab a partner and let us know you want to get signed up and we can help you to complete the steps! There are still spots open in all divisions, especially our ladies RX division and I know for sure we have many more RX ladies! We will start releasing workouts next week. 

 

Don't forget that on Sunday at 9am we will have another Open Prep class. This class will cover MUSCLE UPS. Bar and ring. All members are welcome, we will go over progressions for those of you who don't quite have your muscle ups.
