About Coach

Growing up I was involved in many sports basketball, lacrosse, bowling, and intramural teams going through school. It kept you active and moving, but as you leave college and get older, sports became fewer and far between. Finding Crossfit changed my life on different levels mentally, socially, and physically. It allowed me to get stronger, compete in multiple competitions, and get a podium spot in some of those competitions. It has allowed me to find the direction and true calling in life, which is to help people find who they are meant to be through fitness and strong a strong mindset.

Turning Point

The turning point in my life is when I did the 75 hard programs. For a long time, I doubted my abilities, or what I could do. Fear led to a lot of areas in my life and it held me back from accomplishing a lot of what I could. I wouldn't push as hard or be disciplined enough to stick to a routine. Doing 75 hard gave me the mindset that I could push through a lot of things, and to really go anywhere I had to get over my fears of being rejected, or made fun of and do what I needed to do to succeed.

Motivation & Passion

I love seeing people accomplish their goals and win. I want to help other people know that they can do anything and that even though it seems hard that when they push through mentally and physically they will be able to accomplish even the hardest task when that time comes.
